This is somehow a midsummer classic - dinner in the garden, under umbrellas...and every year, you say, "Nah, it's not gonna rain this year".
-But it always does ;-)
After finishing lunch, we hear the accordions, and spot a parade of brave going through the village.
Along the way, more and more people join in.
Eventually, hundreds of us end up in a meadow.
There is the midsummer pole, and the dancing around it.
Fun for all

Afterwards, hang around the garden, eat lots of cake
helping mommy set up wooden blocks for a game of "kubb"
You toss wodden sticks...
...against the opponent's blocks, and you score.
Here we go again. Another drizzle.

The next day is far better with sun and heat. Perfect day for some more "kubb".
