Infosys Campus
Sure reminds me of the Sydney Opera house!

The Infosys Campus in Bangalore features many gorgeous little parks...
...and quite marvelling architecture.
On the 100 acre campus, no cars are allowed. Everyone walks...
...or grabs one of the freely available bicycles.
With 18.000 employees the place is always lively, day or night.
This is the building where I set up camp.
Along the path are bushes and trees...
...all planted by various celebrities.
The team sits in pretty standard cubicles. (My room is to the left.)

There's a Banyan Tree outsided my window
Some of our Infosys team,
Srinu, Ajay, Krishna, Shyla, me, Harneet, Shiva, Shankar
The far end building is referred to as "the washing machine" with its large, round opening
the perfectly manicured parks are swept every day
colors are mixed and matched
[make free calls from any phone booth]
By the basketball court lies the first Infosys building, from when things started back in -82.
real bananas
perfectly shaved palm tree trunks
The pond has real fish, en masse.
coconuts
Terminal, one of many large food courts
A full lunch will set you back a whopping 45 Rs = US $1
no walls = good views
There are three identical Lotus buildings.
Reflections off one of the buildings remind me of the alpes...
bee nests in a window
Lots of honey to be had...if you could only reach.
On a Saturday, we head south to the neighboring town: Mysore. Their Infosys Campus features "please be quiet" signs...
The architecture here is even more extravagant...
a large swimming pool
no wall is flat
Again, no cars allowed. Just grab a bicycle.

Domino's pizza lunch with most of the team for my last day at the office.
