After a mornig run along the SF waterfront, Hannah and I go to Joe DiMaggio's - in North Beach (the Italian district) - to watch....
...Italy vs. France in the World Cup final!
A pizza and a few beers serve as breakfast :-)
The place is packed.

The bartenders are quite busy this Sunday morning at 11 o'clock.

The street party has begun.
Trying to curb this fever is pointless.
Just 15 minutes ago, this was an empty street....a few cars...some pedestrians.
Time to celebrate - gelato! :-)
A large flag goes down the street. Oh boy, what a party.
(the crooked street is always crowded, however)
