The forecast called for winds around 20-30 knots...
so we packed up our toughest gear and headed out, ready to grab life by the horns!
Simon is working on deck with setting the sails
Hallgrímur is working the halyards
Lior is getting the aerial shots
Audrey is working the helm
There's only one thing missing....where's the wind???
Hallgrímur is telling us how the Icelandic winds are too unpredictable and erratic to allow for any pleasure boating...so in a way we could just be experiencing some Icelandic conditions tonight.
The more time to just hang out...
...enjoy a couple of beers...
...and a good ol' pipe.
It does feel pretty good to, after a long day at work, just relax...
